I am a PhD student in cotutelle at both the Grupo Medios Porosos in the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Buenos Aires and at the FAST Laboratory in the University of Paris-Saclay.

I am researching the flow through narrow channels of viscous fluids with solid particles suspended inside. Such fluids are called suspensions and can be found in a variety of industrial applications (transport though pipes, microfluidic devices) and also in nature (blood, contaminants in groundwater, landslides). At the lab, we perform experiments with a model system made with plastic spheres and aqueous solutions, visualizing and tracking the particles using a software I have written in C and Python programming languages.
